RUN NUMBERS : For run number please send large SAE with entry form. Late entries can pick up number on the day.
REGISTRATION on the DAY : -Registration on the day from 10:30am, at the Bandstand, Royal Avenue Gardens. Close 1pm.
MEDICAL INFORMATION : PLEASE WRITE IMPORTANT MEDICAL DETAILS ON REVERSE OF YOUR RUN NUMBER BIB.
FACILITIES AVAILABLE : -Toilets and showers at Royal Avenue Gardens.
-Changing facilities at Coronation Park, North Embankment.
-Water stations at Start/Finish, Redlap and Windward (Stoke Fleming).
-Mile-signs.
-Baggage store (free of charge) at Start / Finish. Please ask for a label at Registration.
-St. John's Ambulance in attendance.

PERPETUAL TROPHIES : -Perpetual trophies for each age category (except fun run).

TEAM TROPHY : -Team for Main Race only-3 entrants to count-any age (men or ladies) attached to same club.
      Teams of 3 'unattached' entrants also accepted - please give team name.

PRIZES : -Prizes for main race winner, main race 2nd and main race 3rd for both Ladies and Men
-Prizes also for 1st in each age category and 1st local in each age category (except fun run)
MEMENTO / T-SHIRT : -Quality Brookes T-shirt for all finishers of main race. Medals for boys & girls races
PRESENTATION CEREMONY : -Presentation ceremony at the Bandstand, Royal Avenue Gardens, at approximately 4pm
